3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1: Section 30 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-0087 PROBATION -~ BOARD OF CONTROL GRANT" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
I1 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Auditor-Accountant I
13 0.5 Accounting Specialist
14 1 Legal Secretary I
15 and adding thereto the following:
lb Positions Classification Title
17 1 Auditor-Accountant II, I or Accounting Specialist
18 0.5 Auditor-Accountant II, I or Accounting Specialist
19 1 Legal Secretary I, Legal Typist Clerk, or Off ce Assistant III
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 2.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 ].Oth day of October , 2000, by the following vote:
