3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 22 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled " 360-
9 003 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Correctional Officers (Term positions to end June 30, 2001)
13 thereby changing the total from 94 to 96.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 24th day of October , 2000, by the following vote:
