3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 13 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "100-001. COUNTY COUNSEL" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
14 following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Deputy County Counsel IV
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Deputy County Counsel IV, III, II, I
1 b thereby leaving the total unchanged at 11.

i This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
