3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 64 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
8 "REFERENCE A: APPOINTED DEP ARTMENT HEADS, Effective: July 1, 2000" is deletedin its
9 entirety.
10 Section 2. Section 64 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "REFERENCE A: APPOINTED DEP ARTMENT HEADS, Effective: July 8, 2000" is deleted in its
12 entirety.
13 Section 3. Section. 64 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
14 "REFERENCE A: APP OINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is added together with the following:

6 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123 of the Government Code
7 of the State of California; and before the expiration of f fteen (1 S) days after its passage, it shall be
8 published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it,
9 in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
