3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY
8 PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCED: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL,
9 AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS, Effective: duly 8, 2000" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 CLASS CODE CLASSIFICATION TITLE
12 2823 Court Services Manager
13 and adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect imnr~ediately pursuant to Section 25123 of the Government Code
2 of the State of California, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
3 published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it,
4 in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
