3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Sutte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the fallowing:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 0.5 Legal Typist Clerk or Off ce Assistant III, II, I (term position to
13 end 12-31-00)
14 and adding thereto the following:

16 0.5 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III, II, I
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 66.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 14~h day of November , 2000, by the following vote:
