3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 33 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "440-
4 004 -PUBLIC WORKS ~-SUBDIVISION INSPECTION" is hereby amended by adding
1 o thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Associate Surveyor
13 1 Administrative Analyst II
14 thereby changing the total from 4 to 6.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration off (teen (15) days
3 after ifs passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 5th day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
