3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "420-
9 001 PROBATION - JWENILE HALL" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Probation Officer III, II, I (position to end July 30, 2002)
13 thereby changing the total from 35 to 34,
14 Section 2. Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "430-
15 001 -PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 1 Probation Off cer III, II, I {position to end July 30, 2002)
18 thereby changing the total from 83.25 to 84.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 5th day of December , 2000, by the following vote:

8 AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Davis and Chair Dolan
9 NOES: None
10 ABSENT: Supervisor Josiassen
11 NOT VOTING: None
