3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3b 13 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 5$ of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "720-
9 001 ADMINISTRATIVE -BUILDINGS & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the section title and all positions as follows:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
