3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
~ ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 44 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "540-
9 003 PUBLIC HEALTH --ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH", effective October 26, 2000,
10 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

14 and adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County ofButte this
6 5tt~ day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
