3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "541-
9 001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Supervisor- Mental Health Clinician
13 thereby changing the total from 265 to 266.
14 Section 2. Section 46 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "541-
15 002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH-SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" is hereby amended
16 by adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
1 s 2 Senior Mental Health Counselor, N.~ntal Health Counselor, Mental
19 Health Worker
20 thereby changing the total from 36 to 38.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 ~tr- day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
