3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
s Section 1. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "541-
9 001- BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classi#ication Title
12 1 Supervising Health Ed Specialist
13 thereby changing the total from 266 to 267.

I This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
& 5th day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
