3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3658 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "570-001 WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Paralegal
].3 thereby changing the total from 162 to 163.
14 Section 2. Section 52 of4rdinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
~5 entitled "570-008 WELFARE- PUBLIC GUARDIAN" is hereby amended by adding
16 thereto the following:

1 S 1 Specialist-Public Guardian/Public Administrator
19 thereby changing the total from 4 to S.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23{fj of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
