3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINAI~TCE"

_ 6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section l2 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled 090-OOi -- PERSONNEL" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
YO following:
11 Positions Classification Title
t 2 1 Office Assistant III
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Secretary 11, I or Office Assistant III, IZ, I
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 11.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 19eh day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
