3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
s Section 1. Section 35 of Ordinance No. 3658 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "460-001 AGRICULTURAL", is hereby amended by adding thereto the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Deputy Agricultural Commissioner
13 thereby changing the total from 18 to I9.

~ This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
