3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES ORDAIN as
7 follows:
S Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance Na.3659of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN
9 FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE A: GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS' is
10 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Class Code Classification Title
12 6330 Forensic Services Coordinator
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Class Code Classification Title Steg 1 Step 5
15 6330 Forensic Services Coordinator (Effective: 07-08-00) $19.25 $23.40

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the Government
2 Code of the State of California. Provided, however, that the increased salaries enacted by this
3 ordinance shall be payable commencing July 8, 2000. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is
4 authorized and directed, before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, to publish this
5 Ordinance once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it
6 in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
7 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
