3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 46 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
t2 5.5 Senior Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or
~ 3 Mental Health Worker
14 1 Mental Health Clinician III, II, I
15 1 Off ce Assistant III, II, I
16 thereby changing the total from 267 to 274.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper. in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 19th day of December , 2000, by the following vote:
