3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 64 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte entitled"SALARY
8 PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS,REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL,
9 AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS"is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 CLASS CODE CLASSIFICATION TITLE
12 6420 Director of Health Education
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 CLASS
15 CODE CLASSIFICATION TITLE STEP 1 STEP 5
16 6420 Director of Health Education(Effective 10-02-99) $25.23 $30.67

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 ofthe GovernrnentCode
2 of the State of California, and before the expiration of fifteen(15)days after its passage, it shall be
3 published once,with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it,
4 in the Chico Enterprise-Record,a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
