3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY—FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
2 Auditor-Accountant II
12 2 Auditor—Accountant I
13 5 Family Support Case Manager I
1 Information Systems Technician H

15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 4 Auditor-Accountant II, I
5 Family Support Case Manager III, H, I
18 1 Information Systems Technician II, I
19 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 140.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
