3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 28 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I (Position to end 6-30-01)
12 thereby changing the total from 93.25 to 94.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
