3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 48 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "570-001 WELFARE - ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 4 Social Services Aide
13 1 Office Assistant III, II, I
14 1 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
15 thereby changing the total from 163 to 169.
16 Section 2. Section 50 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
17 entitled "570-004 WELFARE - SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
18 following:
19 Positions Classification Title
20 1 Social Worker Supervisor II
21 thereby changing the total from 114 to 115.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
