3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 64 of Ordinance No. •365 9 of the County of Butte entitled"SALARY
8 PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS,REFERENCE B: LAW ENFORCEMENT—GENERAL
9 UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
10 CLASS CODE CLASSIFICATION TITLE STEP 1 STEP 5
11 5302 Senior District Attorney Investigator $19.13 $23.25
12 Section 2. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte entitled"320-002
13 DISTRICT ATTORNEY — FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby amended by deleting
14 therefrom the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 1 Assistant Family Support Administrator
17 and adding thereto the following:
18 Positions Classification Title
19 1 Senior District Attorney Investigator
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 141.50.

I This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 of the Government Code
2 of the State of California, and before the expiration of fifteen(15)days after its passage, it shall be
3 published once,with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it,
4 in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
