3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 41 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "533-001 PUBLIC WORKS — GENERAL ADMINISTRATION" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 Secretary I or Office Assistant II, I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 .5 Secretary I or Office Assistant III, H, I
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 6.5.
17 Section 2. Section 43 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte
18 entitled "533-003 PUBLIC WORKS — SHOP AND STORES" is hereby amended by
19 deleting therefrom the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 1 Supervising Storekeeper
22 and adding thereto the following:
23 Positions Classification Title
24 1 Staff Services Systems Specialist
25 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 14.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 9th day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
