3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3659 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 44 of Ordinance No. 3659 of the County of Butte entitled"540—001
9 PUBLIC HEALTH— GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto the_
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Public Health Nurse III, II, I
13 thereby increasing the total from 116.5 to 117.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 23rd day of January , 2001, by the following vote:
