3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance 3681 entitled"Salary Plan for Classified
9 Positions, Reference D: Management, Confidential, and Supervisory Unit
10 Classifications" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title

13 and adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
