3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 s i OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 40 of Ordinance No. 36s 1 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "533-001 PUBLIC WORKS -GENERAL ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Auditor_Accountant III
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Inventoryllnvoice Coordinator
16 1 Auditor-Accountant III, II, I
17 thereby increasing the total from 6.5 to 7.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
