3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 s ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 28 of Ordinance No. 36si of the County of Butte
9 entitled "430-000b PROBATION -VICTIM WITNESS GRANT" is hereby amended
10 by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 Legal Secretary I, Legal Typist Clerk, Office Assistant III
13 thereby increasing the total from 3 to 3.5.
14 Section 2. Section 29 of Ordinance No. 36s~ of the County of Butte
15 entitled "430-0087 PROBATION -BOARD OF CONTROL GRANT" is hereby
16 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
17 Positions Classif cation Title
1 S 1 Legal Secretary I, Legal Typist Clerk, Office Assistant III
19 and adding thereto the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 2 @ 50% Legal Secretary I, Legal Typist Clerk, Office Assistant III
22 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 2.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 Lath day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
