3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3b81 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 36s ~ of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
13 1 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor, or
14 Mental Health Worker
15 thereby increasing the total from 274.5 to 276.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
