3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 $ ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 43 of Ordinance No. 36s i of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding
l0 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Public Health Nurse III, II, I (term position to end 03-31-03)
13 thereby increasing the total from 118.5 to 119.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
