3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

d The Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 64 of Ordinance No. 36s1 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE E,
10 APPOINTED OFFICIALS WITH BI-WEEKLY RANGE ASSIGNMENTS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Step 1 St- eta 5 Class Code Classification Title
13 $940 $1,143 190 Supervisor's Administrative Assistant
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Stomp l Ste~S Class Code Classification Title
16 $940 $1,143 190 Supervisor's Administrative Assistant I
17 $1,034 $1,257 192 Supervisor's Administrative Assistant II
18 Section 2. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 36s1 of the County of Butte entitled
19 "010-001 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
20 following:
21 Positions Classification Title
22 5 Supervisor's Administrative Assistant or
23 Supervisor's Clerical Aide
24 and adding thereto the following:
25 Positions Classification Title
26 S Supervisor's Administrative Assistant II, I
27 Supervisor's Clerical Aide
28 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 10.
1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 27th day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
