3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 & ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section X. Section 37 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled "480-
9 004 LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION {LAFCo), Effective July 1,
10 2000" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Office Assistant III, II, i
13 thereby increasing the total from 3 to 4.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspapEr in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors ofthe County of Butte this
6 z7th day of February , 2001, by the following vote:
