3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 s x OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 1$ of Ordinance No. 36si of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-005 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD" is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 District Attorney Senior Investigator
13 thereby increasing the total from 1$ to 20.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
