3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 64 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A,
10 APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
11 following:
12 Annual Salary Class Code Classif cation Title
13 $$7,144 120 Director -Personnel
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Annual Salary Class Code Classification Title
16 $$4,$46 120 Director _ Personnel
17 {Effective 02-17-01 }
18 Section 2. The changes made by this ordinance shall be and are hereby made
19 retroactive to February 17, 2001, and shall be operative as of that date.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
