3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. X681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Sectionl3 of Ordinance No. 368 ~ of the County of Butte entitled
9 "100001 COUNTY COUNSEL" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Chief Deputy County Counsel
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Deputy County Counsel III, II, I
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 11.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of March , 2001, by the following vote:
