3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 36si OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 36s i of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
11 1 Probation Off cer III, II, I
12 and adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 1 Supervising Probation Officer
15 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 92.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13tih day of Maxch , 2001, by the following vote:
