3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 .The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 46 of Ordinance No. 36s x of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-002 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Manager -Program Resource and Development
13 1 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
14 2 Mental Clinician II, I
I S 2 Principal Clerk
16 thereby decreasing the total from 38 to 32.
17 Section 2. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 36s ~ ofthe County of Butte entitled
1 S "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
19 adding thereto the following:
20 Positions Classif cation Title
21 1 Manager -Program Resource and Development
22 1 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
23 2 Mental Health Clinician II, I
24 2 Principal Clerk
25 thereby increasing the total from 276,5 to 282.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 27th day of March , 2001, by the following vote:
