3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.36$1 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk,
13 or Account Clerk
14 thereby increasing the total from 282.5 to 284.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
