3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE D, LAW
10 ENFORCEMENT -GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by
11 deleting therefrom the following:
12 Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title
13 $19.13 $24.42 5302 District Attorney
14 Senior Investigator
15 and adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 27th day of March , 2001, by the following vote:
