3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS_THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 36 81 of the County of Butte entitled
4 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting there from the following:

1 Section 5. The changes made by this ordinance shall be and are hereby made
2 effective March 31, 2001, and shall be operative as of that date, and before expiration
3 of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
4 of Butte, State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 27th day of March , 2001, by the following vote:
