3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Supervisor-Family Support Services
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 141.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
