3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 36$1 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section L Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled "320-002
9 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -- FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 15 Off ce Assistant TIT, II, I
13 $ Family Support Case Manager III, II, I
14 thereby increasing the total from 1.41..5 to 164.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 1~th day of April , 2001, by the following vote:
