3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 43 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
4 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
I2 1 Program Manager -Butte County Children & Families
13 Commission (term position to end 06-30-01)
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 1 Program Manager -- Butte County Children & Families
17 Commission {term position to end 06-30-02}
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 119.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{~ of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 24~h day of April , 2001, by the following vote:
