3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3b81 OF THE
4 COI~NTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY.ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by adding thereto
10 the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Supervisor -Clerical Support Services
13 thereby increasing the total from 72.5 to 73.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 sth day of May , 2001, by the following vote:
