3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-003 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CHILD ABDUCTION" is hereby amended by
~ 0 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant IIi ,,y
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classif cation Title

16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 Seh day of May , 2001, by the following vote:
