3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
1 I Positions Classif cation Title
l2 4 Family Support Case Manager III, II, I
13 1 Office Assistant III, II, I
14 1 Administrative Services Assistant
15 thereby increasing the total from 164.5 to 170.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 1 S} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a nEwspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 8th day of May , 2001, by the following vote:
