3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE F, MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
11 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Step 1 Step 5 Class Code Classification Title
13 $24.46 $29.73 $418 Welfare Program Manager
14 and addzng thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
