3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3681. of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001. DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 .5 District Attorney Investigator II, I
13 (term position to end 02-28-02)
14 1 Mental Health Counselor {term position to end 02-28-02)
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 .5 District Attorney Investigator II, I
1 S (term position to end 02-28-02)
19 1 Mental Health Counselor (term position to end 02-28-02)
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 73.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 22nd day of May , 2001, by the following vote:
