3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3681 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III
13 (term position to end 06-30-0 l }
14 1 Investigative Assistant (term position to end 06-30-01)
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classif cation Title
17 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Off ce Assistant III
18 (term position to end 06-30-02)
19 1 Investigative Assistant {term position to end 06-30-02}
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 73.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 I2th day of June , 2001, by the following vote:
