3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3681 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "324-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
14 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 District Attorney Investigator II, I
13 thereby decreasing the total from 73.5 to 71.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 izth day of June , 2001, by the following vote:
