3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 36s ~ OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 23 of Ordinance No. 3681 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "360008 S~RIFF-CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Deputy Sheriff
13 thereby decreasing the total from 6 to 4.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of June , 2001, by the following vote:
